In order to be able to mark prepacked goods with the 'e' mark, the packer undertakes to submit annually to the authority which granted the authorization the inspection of the quantity of the prepacked product. INSPECTION carries out checks on products weighing between 5 g and 10 kg in the shortest possible time and in accordance with the packer's capacity, packing conditions and time limits.
